Необхідність фінансової реструктуризації та особливості її проведення

Abstract

Визначено поняття «фінансова реструктуризація». проаналізовано процедури фінансової реструктуризації. Встановлено умови успішності проведення даної процедури; доведено, що процес реструктуризації є необхідним для відновлення ефективності та конкурентоспроможності підприємства.
