Abstract

The article defines motivation as a key function of management and a driver of personnel management. Approaches to personnel motivation and labor resource management models are detailed. It has been proven that productive work is impossible without building an effective motivation system. Recommendations for increasing the motivation of employees in the industry were developed and systemized.
