Abstract: An effective system of staff motivation is one of the most significant factors in the competitiveness of modern organizations. In this regard, managers and personnel managers face an urgent task-to find ways to increase the motivation of the organization's personnel. To solve it, an in-depth scientific study of the problems of personnel motivation in market conditions is necessary to offer scientifically based recommendations and methodologies for building a motivation system, in particular using methods of mathematical modelling.
