Формування управлінської звітності в логістичній компанії

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз особливостей формування управлінської звітності в логістичних компаніях, пристосовані до їхньої специфіки та викликів. Однією з ключових особливостей логістичної діяльності є оптимізація руху товарів через весь ланцюг постачання, що накладає свої унікальні вимоги до управлінської звітності. Поставки, зберігання, транспортування та дистрибуція — всі ці етапи впливають на формування звітів, враховуючи їхні особливості та специфіку. Розглядаються ключові виклики, з якими стикаються логістичні компанії у процесі формування управлінської звітності. Окреслено перспективи розвитку управлінської звітності в логістичних компаніях, зокрема з урахуванням автоматизації та роботизації процесів складання управлінської звітності. Аргументовано, що відображена в управлінській звітності інформація про взаємовідносинами з клієнтами та постачальниками сприятиме підвищенню ефективності систем управління на логістичних підприємствах.

The article analyses the peculiarities of management reporting in logistics companies, adapted to their specifics and challenges. Logistics is critical for the efficiency of enterprises, and optimising the movement of goods through the supply chain requires a special approach to management reporting. At logistics companies, management reporting includes the collection, analysis and presentation of information on various aspects of the logistics company's activities to improve management efficiency and achieve strategic goals. When forming effective management reporting, logistics companies face certain difficulties, which actualises the problem of its formation in view of the peculiarities of logistics in the conditions of modern business. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to reveal the peculiarities of logistics activities and their impact on management reporting, identify the key challenges faced by logistics companies in the formation of reporting, as well as determine the prospects for the development of management reporting, taking into account the automation and robotisation of reporting processes. Results. The study found that management reporting in logistics companies is a complex task due to the variety of stages of the logistics process that affect the formation of reports. In addition, the main prospects for the development of management reporting are highlighted, including the use of modern technologies and improved cooperation with customers and suppliers. Conclusions. So, based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that effective reporting management in logistics companies requires an integrated approach and constant analysis. The need to apply new approaches to the creation of a system of information support for management decisions through the formation of goal-oriented management reporting, formed taking into account the influence of various factors on its design, is proved. At the same time, it is important to take into account technological innovations and improve relationships with all stakeholders to achieve maximum management efficiency at logistics enterprises.
