Особливості впливу стейкхолдерів на розвиток освітнього простору вищого навчального закладу

Abstract

У даній статті проаналізовано роль стейкхолдерів у процесі становлення та розвитку освітнього простору вищого навчального закладу, наведено ключові принципи та способи взаємодії з ними. Запропоновано основні напрями аналізу стейкхолдерів для розробки стратегії поведінки по відношенню до кожного з них.

В данной статье проанализирована роль стейкхолдеров в процессе становления и развития образовательного пространства высшего учебного заведения, приведены ключевые принципы и способы взаимодействия с ними. Предложены основные направления анализа стейкхолдеров для разработки стратегии поведения по отношению к каждому из них.

The current state of higher education is characterized not only the features of higher education, but also specific relations with institutions, organizations and other entities that can set a vector of development. Stakeholders directly or indirectly involved in the formation of educational space, but not always open interests of the parties, and the likelihood of conflicts of interest are potential threats to the sustainable development of the university, which must be promptly identified and neutralized. Thus, an important role in promoting innovation paid smooth development of higher education partnerships with key stakeholders. Today higher education institution can not function in isolation, but rather in terms of integration of education, science and industry, should promote cooperation with different groups of stakeholders to improve educational space. This article analyzes the role of stakeholders in the establishment and development of educational space of the university, are the key principles and ways of interacting with them. The basic directions of analysis of stakeholders to develop strategies behaviour in relation to each of them. Examining the features of the influence of stakeholders on the development of educational space of the university, determined principles and ways of interacting with them.
