Аналіз світового ринку горіхів як передумова прийняття рішень стейкхолдерами горіхівництва

Abstract

У статті визначено основних зовнішніх зацікавлених осіб виробників горіхів. Проведено аналіз світового ринку горіхів (мигдалю, волоського горіха, кеш’ю, фісташки, фундука, пекану, макадамі, кедрових та бразильських горіхів). Визначено основні тенденції у виробництві – лідерами серед країн-виробників горіхів у світі є США, Китай, Туреччина. Найбільше у сезоні 2022/2023 рр. було вироблено мигдалю у натуральних одиницях, у вартісних – кеш’ю. За останні десять років найбільше збільшилось виробництво кедрового горіха, волоського горіха та макадамі. Проаналізована залежність між обсягами виробництва різних видів горіхів і зміною температури на планеті з використанням інструментів економетричного аналізу – не виявлено суттєвого впливу. Україна має потенціал у вирощуванні волоського горіху, фундука, мигдалю та фісташки.

Обсяги споживання, як і обсяги виробництва горіхів, за останні десять років мають тенденцію до зростання. За останні десять років найбільше зросло споживання волоського горіха, кеш’ю та кедрових горіхів. У наступні роки прогнозують зростання обсягів їх споживання також. Складено прогноз обсягів споживання досліджуваних видів горіхів на 2024 та 2025 роки. Виявлено, що найбільше зростання у споживанні матимуть пекан, волоських горіх, макадамі, фісташки та мигдаль. Проаналізовано вплив двох факторів (чисельність населення планети та валове виробництво на душу населення) на обсяги споживання горіхів за допомогою побудованої множинної регресії для кожного виду горіху на основі статистичних даних 2011-2021 років. Виявлено прямий вплив росту чисельності населення на обсяги споживання майже всіх горіхів, крім кедрового та бразильського горіхів, що ймовірно пов’язано з якістю статистичних даних, також уточнення оцінки впливу факторів потребують пекан та кеш’ю. Отримані результати доречно врахувати в діяльності виробників горіхів.

Nut producers must analyze global trends in order to react in time to changes in the factors of the organizational environment, to satisfy the tastes and needs of consumers in the domestic and foreign markets, and to meet the requirements of other stakeholders. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to characterize the main trends in the world market of nuts and to analyze the connection between the determined factors and the volumes of production and consumption of nuts by means of econometric analysis. Results. The article identifies the main external stakeholders of nut producers. The analysis of the world market of nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios, hazelnuts, pecans, macadamia, pine and Brazil nuts) is carried out. The main trends in production were determined - the leaders among nut-producing countries in the world are the USA, China and Turkey. The leader of production in natural units among all nuts in 2022/2023 season was almonds, the leader in valuable units was cashews. In the last ten years the production of pine nuts, walnuts and macadamia nuts has increased the most. The connection between the volume of nut production and the change of temperature on the planet was analyzed using the tools of econometric analysis - no significant influence was found. Ukraine has the potential to grow walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios. The consumption and production volumes of nuts have tended to increase over the last ten years. Over the past decade, consumption of walnuts, cashews and pine nuts has increased the most. Consumption growth is also predicted for the coming years. A forecast of the consumption of the studied types of nuts for 2024 and 2025 is made. It is found that pecans, walnuts macadamia nuts, pistachios and almonds will have the greatest growth in consumption. The influence of two factors (world population and gross production per capita) on the volume of nut consumption is analyzed based on the construction of a multiple regression for each type of nut. The direct impact of population growth on the consumption of almost all nuts was revealed, except for pine and Brazil nuts, which is probably related to the quality of statistical data, and the results of the analysis of pecans and cashews also require clarification.
