Abstract: | Ukraine has significant potential in the production of agricultural and food products, and technologists play an important role in its realization. An important aspect in the professional training of technologists in the field of production and processing of livestock products and food technologies is their contribution to the development of the national economy and ensuring the country's food security. There are described the features of the professional training of technologists in specialized higher educational institutions. Taking into account modern requirements and trends, as well as involving the latest technologies and practices, these specialists have every chance to become competitive on the international market and ensure the quality and safety of food products for the Ukrainian population |
