Abstract

В умовах сучасного інформаційного суспільства дезінформація стала одним із найпотужніших інструментів гібридної війни, що становить серйозну загрозу національній безпеці держав. За визначенням науковців, дезінформація - це свідоме поширення неправдивої інформації з метою впливу на свідомість цільової аудиторії та маніпулювання громадською думкою. У контексті гібридної війни дезінформація використовується як стратегічний засіб досягнення військово-політичних цілей без прямого застосування військової сили.

In the conditions of the modern information society, disinformation has become one of the most powerful tools of hybrid warfare, which poses a serious threat to the national security of states. According to the definition of scientists, disinformation is the deliberate dissemination of false information in order to influence the consciousness of the target audience and manipulate public opinion. In the context of hybrid warfare, disinformation is used as a strategic means of achieving military-political goals without the direct use of military force.
