Застосування інструментів операційного та фінансового менеджменту для підвищення ефективності агробізнесу

Abstract

У тезах розглядаються основні інструменти операційного та фінансового менеджменту, які можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності аграрного бізнесу. Досліджено взаємозв’язок між оптимізацією виробничих процесів та фінансовою стабільністю підприємства. На основі досвіду компанії Kernel продемонстровано впровадження сучасних технологій, автоматизації та фінансових стратегій, що дозволяють забезпечити стійкий розвиток аграрного сектору. Особлива увага приділена ролі молодих фахівців у цих процесах та їх потенціалу у трансформації аграрної галузі України.

The theses consider the main tools of operational and financial management that can be used to improve the efficiency of agricultural business. The relationship between the optimization of production processes and the financial stability of the enterprise is studied. Based on the experience of the Kernel company, the implementation of modern technologies, automation and financial strategies that allow ensuring the sustainable development of the agricultural sector is demonstrated. Special attention is paid to the role of young specialists in these processes and their potential in the transformation of the agricultural industry of Ukraine.
