Цифрова трансформація екосистеми управління бізнес-процесами великотоварних сільськогосподарських підприємств

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження платформної моделі в екосистемі управління бізнес-процесами великотоварних сільськогосподарських підприємств в умовах цифрової трансформації агробізнесу. Розкрито сутність цифрової платформи як інституційного оркестратора, що забезпечує інтеграцію виробничих, логістичних, фінансових та аналітичних підсистем у єдиному інформаційному просторі. Визначено ключові переваги платформної архітектури: зниження трансакційних витрат; підвищення прозорості управління; оптимізація ресурсів і зміцнення конкурентоспроможності. Окреслено роль AgTech-рішень, ERP, CRM, BI-аналітики та Big Data у формуванні даноорієнтованої моделі прийняття рішень. Особливу увагу приділено трансформації управлінської культури та розвитку цифрових компетентностей персоналу як ключових передумов успішної реалізації платформної моделі та забезпечення довгострокового сталого розвитку підприємств. Запропоновано підхід до оцінювання економічного ефекту цифрової трансформації на основі системи фінансових показників. Обґрунтовано перспективи переходу до інтегрованих цифрових екосистем управління./The article discusses the current issues of digital transformation of the business process management ecosystem of large-scale agricultural enterprises in the context of global digitalization and increased competition in agricultural markets. It substantiates the need to transition from traditional hierarchical models to a platform-based management architecture that integrates participants in the agricultural ecosystem into a single digital environment. It highlights the role of platforms as institutional infrastructure capable of generating network effects, reducing transaction costs, and increasing the strategic manageability of enterprises.

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for implementing a platform model in the business process management ecosystem of large-scale agricultural enterprises, as well as to justify mechanisms for the digital integration of management and technological solutions.

Results. The essence of a digital platform has been defined as a complex infrastructure that provides centralized data management, supply chain coordination, horizontal integration of functional subsystems, and analytical support for real-time decision-making. The feasibility of combining AgTech solutions, ERP, CRM, BI analytics, Big Data, and artificial intelligence tools within an integrated digital ecosystem has been proven. A model of interaction between horizontal and vertical management flows and a system of indicators for assessing the economic effect of digital transformation have been proposed. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of management culture and the development of digital competencies of personnel as key prerequisites for the successful implementation of the platform model and ensuring the long-term sustainable development of enterprises.

Conclusions. It has been proven that the implementation of a platform model contributes to increasing the efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness of large-scale agricultural enterprises. The formation of an integrated digital ecosystem ensures the transition to a proactive, data-driven management model and creates the conditions for long-term sustainable development of agribusiness.
