Рольові аспекти управління розвитком аграрних підприємств у стратегуванні відновлення територій

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to provide a conceptual substantiation of the role aspects of managing the development of agricultural enterprises in the process of strategizing socio-economic recovery of territories under conditions of wartime uncertainty. Research methodology is based on the application of systemic and institutional approaches, methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, as well as logical modeling of management processes in the field of agricultural entrepreneurship. Scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the development of theoretical provisions regarding the identification of agricultural enterprises as key actors in territorial recovery, as well as in substantiating the cooperative-cluster model of their development management as a tool for resource consolidation, reduction of transaction costs, and enhancement of adaptability to wartime risks. Approaches to the reconstruction of the enterprise development management mechanism based on self-regulation, resilience, and sustainability are proposed. Conclusions. It has been established that the development of agricultural enterprises and territorial recovery are interrelated processes requiring coordinated managerial decisions. It has been proven that the implementation of cooperative-cluster forms contributes to the formation of a unified socio-economic space, activation of innovation interaction, and improvement of competitiveness. The expediency of orienting management toward the preservation of resource potential and community development has been substantiated.
