Науково-методичні підходи в дослідженнях сутності, стану та розвитку ринкової інфраструктури

Abstract

У статті доведено, що питання всебічного розвитку інфраструктури в умовах сьогодення набуває особливої значущості як ключової складової сталого соціально-економічного розвитку економічних суб’єктів, що й обумовлює необхідність конкретизації змісту даної дефініції, обґрунтування нових науково-методичних підходів та поглиблення сформованих положень щодо її розвитку. Досліджено множину наявних наукових концепцій щодо роз’яснення змісту категорії «інфраструктура». Виокремлено та проаналізовано концептуальні основи найбільш поширених наукових підходів розуміння категорії «інфраструктура», кожен з яких дозволив виокремити цілі та специфічні методи управління даною дефініцією, зокрема: інституціонального, ресурсного, галузевого, структурно-функціонального і системного. Зазначено, що наявні підходи, тлумачення інфраструктури в їх межах, жодним чином не свідчить про суперечливість даної категорії, а лише відображають її багатофункціональність. Наголошено, що поряд з розробленням наукових підходів, важливим питанням залишається розробка методологічних підходів в дослідженні категорії «інфраструктури». Розглянуто методологічний підхід оцінки та аналізу ринкової інфраструктури, за якого елементи ринкової інфраструктури здебільшого групують за двома групам: транспортно-логістичні та інформаційно-аналітичні. Доповнено дану методологію кадровою складовою, з виокремленням показників її оцінки та обґрунтовано вплив даної складової на розвиток ринкової інфраструктури. /In today’s conditions, the issue of comprehensive infrastructure development is particularly important as a key component of the sustainable socioeconomic development of economic entities. This necessitates specifying the content of this definition, substantiating new scientific and methodological approaches, and deepening existing provisions regarding its development.

Purpose. This study aims to identify scientific approaches to determining the essence and components of infrastructure on a systemic basis, as well as infrastructure provision. Additionally, it seeks to develop a methodological approach to studying the state and development of infrastructure within economic systems.

Results. We studied a set of existing scientific concepts that explain the category of infrastructure. We identified and analyzed the conceptual foundations of the most common scientific approaches to understanding infrastructure. Each approach enabled us to determine the objectives and particular methods for managing this definition. These approaches include institutional, resource-based, industry-based, structural-functional, and systemic approaches. It should be noted that existing approaches to interpreting infrastructure do not contradict this category; rather, they reflect its multifunctionality. Along with developing scientific approaches, we emphasize that developing methodological approaches to studying the category of “infrastructure” remains an important issue. We present a methodological approach to assessing and analyzing market infrastructure in which elements are grouped into two categories: transportation and logistics and information and analytics. This methodology is supplemented by a personnel component, and its impact on the development of market infrastructure is substantiated by identifying assessment indicators.

Conclusions. The need for further research into the conditions for the development of market infrastructure and the assessment of the actual development of market infrastructure in the future has been identified.
