Аналітична оцінка територіальних диспропорцій розвитку фермерських господарств Миколаївської області

Abstract

Досліджено територіальні диспропорції розвитку фермерських господарств Миколаївської області в умовах трансформації аграрного сектору економіки та впливу воєнних чинників. Розглянуто сучасні підходи до аналітичної оцінки просторової неоднорідності розвитку фермерства й обґрунтовано доцільність використання системи відносних показників для міжтериторіального порівняння результатів діяльності фермерських господарств. Проведено комплексний аналіз статистичних даних у розрізі районів і територіальних громад Миколаївської області за 2020–2025 рр. Використано показники середнього чистого доходу та середньої чисельності працівників у розрахунку на одне діюче фермерське господарство, що дало можливість усунути вплив різної концентрації суб’єктів господарювання та забезпечити коректність просторових зіставлень. Установлено істотну нерівномірність розвитку фермерських господарств як між районами, так і між окремими територіальними громадами. Виявлено локальні центри концентрації економічного потенціалу фермерського сектору та території з найнижчим рівнем економічної активності. Запропоновано типологізацію територіальних громад за характером формування економічного потенціалу фермерських господарств. Доведено, що поєднання районного та локального рівнів аналізу забезпечує більш повне виявлення просторових диспропорцій порівняно з використанням лише агрегованих статистичних показників. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у можливості їх використання для інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення регіональної політики підтримки фермерських господарств, визначення територіальних пріоритетів розвитку аграрного виробництва та обґрунтування управлінських рішень щодо післявоєнного відновлення сільських територій./Territorial disparities in the development of farming enterprises have become increasingly pronounced under the conditions of military challenges and structural transformations in Ukraine’s agricultural sector. Regional statistical indicators often fail to reflect substantial differences in the economic performance of farming enterprises because they aggregate territories with unequal production conditions, resource availability, and security environments. Therefore, identifying spatial disparities at different territorial levels is essential for obtaining objective analytical information to support regional agricultural policy and management decisions.

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to provide an analytical assessment of territorial disparities in the development of farming enterprises in Mykolaiv Oblast through a comprehensive analysis of statistical indicators at both district and territorial community levels and to identify local centres of economic concentration and territories with the lowest levels of farming activity.

Results. The study applies a comparative analytical approach based on official statistical data for 2020–2025. To ensure objective spatial comparison, relative indicators were calculated, including average net income and average number of employees per operating farming enterprise. The analysis revealed considerable territorial heterogeneity in the development of farming enterprises across the districts of Mykolaiv Oblast. Districts differ not only in the scale of farming activity but also in the economic performance of individual enterprises. A more detailed assessment at the territorial community level made it possible to identify significant local contrasts that remain hidden within aggregated district statistics. Communities with the highest concentration of economic potential and those characterised by the lowest economic activity were identified. Based on the obtained results, territorial communities were grouped according to the level of concentration of farming economic potential, allowing different models of local agricultural development to be distinguished. The findings demonstrate that the spatial differentiation of farming development depends on a combination of production, economic, infrastructural, and security factors rather than solely on the number of operating farming enterprises.

Conclusions. The research confirms that combining district-level and community-level analysis provides a more comprehensive assessment of territorial disparities than relying exclusively on aggregated regional statistics. The proposed analytical approach makes it possible to identify local centres of economic growth, determine territories with limited development potential, and improve the informational basis for regional agricultural policy. The obtained results can be used to support differentiated approaches to farming development, prioritise public support measures, and substantiate strategic decisions aimed at strengthening the resilience and post-war recovery of farming enterprises in Mykolaiv Oblast.
