Abstract

Аналізуючи окремі сегменти ринку праці, визначено стан ринку праці, детально обґрунтувати перспективи його розвитку в розрізі окремих ознак та критеріїв, що утворюють сегменти ринку. Зазначено, що розробка механізму регулювання ринку праці та соціально-трудових відносин неможлива без внесення суттєвих змін в законопроекти, що регулюють трудові відносини на всіх рівнях.

By analyzing individual segments of the labor market, the state of the labor market was determined, and the prospects for its development were substantiated in detail in terms of individual features and criteria that form market segments. It was noted that the development of a mechanism for regulating the labor market and social and labor relations is impossible without making significant changes to draft laws regulating labor relations at all levels.
